RWS Scope Certificate

RWS (Responsible Wool Standard) certificate was established by Textile Exchange in year 2014 and officially released the RWS standard in 2016. The standard aims to establish a reliable regulatory system that supervises and certifies multiple aspects of sheep, including the five freedoms (freedom from hunger and thirst, comfort, harm and disease, fear and sadness, and freedom of expression), sustainability of farm, land health, biodiversity, and wool trading. It also supervises and certifies the entire process of wool processing, spinning, knitting, printing and dyeing, and garment processing, ensuring that certified RWS wool and its products can be sold to various terminals. The RWS standard entered China in year 2018. In January 2019, SINO obtained the full supply chain certification for RWS wool garment, and has successfully passed the certification for 5 consecutive years.
